These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the websites located at www.joyrushthc.com and any other website, landing page, subdomain, or digital property owned or operated by Joy Rush LLC (collectively, the “Site”), as well as the purchase of products offered through the Site.
By accessing the Site or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

01. 21+ Only
All products sold on the Site are intended for adults 21 years of age or older.
By purchasing from the Site, you represent that:
- You are at least 21 years old
- You will not provide products to anyone under 21
- You are legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived THC products in your jurisdiction
We use a third-party age verification service and reserve the right to cancel any order if age cannot be verified.
02. Seller of Record & Licensed Brands
Joy Rush LLC is the sole seller of record for all hemp-derived THC products sold through the Site and holds the applicable licensing required for sale.
The brand name Joy Rush is owned by Joy Rush LLC. All Joy Rush products sold on the Site are sold exclusively by Joy Rush LLC under that license.
03. Hemp Compliance
All products are derived from federally lawful hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, in accordance with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill.
State laws vary and may change. We ship only to jurisdictions where permitted at the time of sale.
Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on the Site.
04. Responsible Use & Health Disclaimer
Hemp-derived THC products may cause impairment.
Do not:
- Drive or operate machinery after use
- Use if pregnant or nursing
- Combine with alcohol or other intoxicating substances
Consumption may result in a positive drug test. You are responsible for complying with workplace policies.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
05. Shipping & Delivery
We ship only within the United States to jurisdictions where hemp-derived THC products are permitted.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders
- Modify shipping eligibility
- Require adult signature upon delivery
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery.
06. Refunds & Returns
Due to the ingestible nature of our products:
- No returns are accepted
- Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Photo documentation is required
- No refunds for taste preference
- No refunds for shipping delays
- No return shipping is provided
07. No Resale
Products are for personal use only unless purchased under a separate wholesale agreement.
Unauthorized resale is prohibited.
08. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product names, packaging, and content are the property of Joy Rush LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
09. User Content & Marketing
If you submit reviews or content:
- You grant us permission to use and repost it
- You agree not to make medical or unsubstantiated claims
- Influencers must comply with FTC disclosure requirements
10. Payments & Fraud Prevention
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers, including Alternative Horizons.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, investigate fraud, dispute chargebacks, and suspend accounts.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joy Rush LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
